📦 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in original condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that CANNOT be returned:
Items used or damaged by the customer
Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Sale or discounted items
🔄 Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
If you received a faulty or damaged item, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you.
For change of mind exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

A photo of the damaged item
A brief description of the issue
