Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery across Australia takes 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We currently offer free shipping on all Australian orders for a limited time. 🚚
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime to check your order status.
Do you ship internationally?

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
